Wine list needs some work, better wines priced very well, low end to high for what was offered. Wanted a melbec, two were offered, $36 is not a lot to pay,but for a $7 to $8 cost ,it should be less or not on you list.(not on your list) We both had steaks new york ($40 not prime and not saying anyone said it was) ordered med-rare, got med plus. Filet ($36) ordered med, got very close to well-done. If someone had asked!!!!!!
Wish they took reservations. Have gone several times and ended up going to another restaurant due to the wait. Food quality has dropped a bit over the past few years.
When Canyon first opened I frequented it regularly even though I thought it obnoxious not to take reservations in a restaurant with so few tables and not nearly enough bar seating.
