LOVED the food here. Conch fritters are a must - served with sweet chili and wasabi which was an interesting touch. Went for lunch so had asian chicken salad and husband had chicken with orzo. Both were excellent - really flavorful. We kept switching plates back and forth. Service was the only let down, but it was a big one. We were left waiting at every stage in the meal - for drinks, to order, for our bill, etc.

Our arrival was met with a complete look of disdain from who believe was Louis himself. We could handle that as we were a bit grubby but the service got worse from there. An unbearably long wait for everything from a simple glass of iced tea to the check (the waitress set the tables for dinner totally ignoring us)I heard two people complain about service on the way out so we felt we weren't being fussy.Food was fine but not worth it honestly.

A must visit. Drinks are amazing - the view and the location are perfect

There is a new tapas concept"Upstairs at Louie's" that is a winning combo of small and medium dishes of bold flavorful food, casula waterfont ambience and quick service. Great thin-crust pizzas,(like the ones no longer available at Mangoes Duval St).Unlike downstairs where the view commands your attention and much higher tabs. Cost reflects upstairs prices.

Can't beat the view - and they have kept up their standards on the menu. Took friends there on their first visit to Key West - comment was "this is what the Keys are all about, no wonder you come back every year".
