New Chef and some staff changes. Jeff, the owner, has brought it together. A taste of 50's Las Vegas. A hang out for the old western movie stars. Great Mesquite fire grilled Prime Rib and Steaks. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Not pretentious. Just a fun place to kick back and relax. Arrive early and enjoy a drink at the bar before dinner. A little hard to find, Google Map it before you leave.

Bob Taylor's has been on a steady decline during the past two years. Steak is great, but service is meidiocre at best. Other than steak, anything else served is poor -- poorly cooked, poorly seasoned, poorly presented -- poor overall. Deserts should not be eaten; Tiramisu was the worst I have ever been served anywhere. The restaurant is dirty! Dust and crumbs cover the chairs -- a shame to look out in the dining and see the dirt everywhere!

Bob's is by far our favorite steak house in Las Vegas, and we've been to a lot of them! Definitely an old school-cowboy restaurant, which is charming, and the steaks are fantastic. I always get the filet mignon and it's consistently delicious!
