Energetic atmosphere creates feeling of privacy even in banquette seating. Iinformed, occasionally distracted service after bearding the maitre d' who might try to seat unwary in an annex even when main room quite empty. Wines high-end, few bargains. Ravioli pasta special or lasagnette simply incredible: beyond Mamma's best. Also the lamb chops with peccorino: out of this world. Wonderful desserts - or a few biscotti with vin santo.
Circo was a staggering disppointment. The decor and views were exactly as billed and reviewed. The food was - poor. The lobster bisque was unflavorful and uncreative. I had "sea bass" which was their name for a charred, thin "fishy" smelling main course. My wife had scallops that tasted better than my dish, but were poorly presented, and luke warm. Service was unresponsive and inattentive. I would not return to this restaurant.
It's tough to find "Winners" at the tables in Vegas. But the tables at Circo are winners every time. The service was superior, with excellent suggestions and guidance. The food was worth the high L.V. prices. A wonderful evening!
This restaurant provided one of the best overall dining experiences we've ever had. The blend of sensational food, bright and vibrant decor and the Bellagio water show make this a can't miss restaurant. I had the Quail with the risotto and my wife had the snapper. As you'd expect, amazing wine list and desserts.
Wonderful view of the fountains, with excellent Tuscan style italian food. The desserts were incredible, particularly the "doughnuts" with chocolate sauce. Wine list was really good, and sommelier made good recmomendations. When we return, we'll lay off the mega meat dishes and keep things a little simpler.
