This is one of the best! We love Hugo 's. To make sure you can eat at a reasonable time a reservation is definately a good idea.

We have returned to this restaurant for the delicious food on every recent visit to LV. Sadly, service has become exceptionally slow with an unresponsive management. We waited 1 1/2 hrs between salad and the main dish course on our 11/2/07 visit! 4 hours from seating until we finished our main course made staying for dessert not an option. A Wonderful dining experience. Fantastic food with great service in a cozy setting. You just have to make it into the Hotel.

It is a pleasure to review Hugo's Cellar. No, it isn't a fancy "Strip" establishment, but it offers honest drinks, a superior wine list, dedicated wait staff and delicious food. If you are impressed by big name chefs, over the top decor and glitz, then go elsewhere . . . however, if good food, attentive service and excellent wines are more important, then Hugo's is an absolute "must do". The rose for each lady is a romantic plus.

A downtown institution and worth the trip. It has been among the best in Las Vegas for years and maintains its status as among the top in town. Roses for the ladies abound and the ambiance is sure to engender a post-dinner, romantic interlude.
