WOW! Ended up eating at Pamplemousse twice on my long Vegas weekend. Incredible is the only way to describe the experience. Keefer and Evan presented and enabled an absolutely perfect meal. Georges was in the house one evening and we enjoyed chatting with him. He is a very gracious man, who seems to care deeply about his guests dining pleasure. Food was amazing!!! This restaurant has perfected the lost art of fine dining. Perfect!

Something has happened in the last year to this place. Last January the food and service dipped to a new low. Someone new is in the kitchen and they don't know how to cook. Also, two new servers are working and they need quite a bit more training. I would not suggest this restaurant at all.

This restaurant has been around for a long time and on a high recommendation from someone who had a wonderful experience, we made reservations. The menu and wine list both held great promise, but the maitre d and server were a bit boisterous, unprofessional and over the top; not what we expected from a fine dining experience. The food was good until dessert, when the fallen souffle was delivered to the table. We won't be going back.

A restaurant with "Old Vegas" feel to it. Very tasty menu and good wines heightened by the interesting stories and musings of their Asst. Mgr. Keiffer. Open Table restaurant was a plus.

Wonderful retreat to get away from the busy Vegas Strip. Party of four wrapped up a good trip. Old school atmosphere is complimented by the attentive and generous staff offering classic French Cuisine such as Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Crust and Frog Legs in Garlic and Butter to contemporary dishes such as Fettuccini with Proscutto and Shallots. Enjoy the specials for a real treat, and be sure to order the souffle too. Delicious experience.
