I was just there with a group of friends and was disappointed given the hype about this restaurant. I find it hard to believe a two star Michelin establishment would serve fish that is over cooked to the point of rubbery. The art is interesting but not enough of a draw to justify the price for very small portions and slightly better than average food. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are many more places to go.
Exceptional!
Was a great restaurant! Waited 40 mins for first course. Main course Turbot (extremely small) was overcooked and dry. Only dish worth mentioning, the dessert. The price now does not warrant the quality of fare and service. Overly 'polite' ,however condescending waiter did not help.
The food is phenomenal. Everything was exceedingly flavorful. I tried things I wouldn't normally try and was not disappointed. The staff here is a little humorless. Maybe since it is french food, they are trying to act french. The servers were quick to get in and out but slow to bring the food. Didn't want a 2 and a half hour meal but the food was worth it. The atmosphere was elegant and romantic. Bellagio water fountain show - a major plus.
A very romantic place to dine with someone special for a special moment, the view of water dance outside was fantastic; pretty good dishes---very creative and well balanced/manage the harmony of every ingredient. Well-trained waiters provided good service. Though it was one of the expensive restaurants I've been in my 28-yr of life(LOL), Picasso will be one of my favorites in Vegas! Will definite dine here again if in town.
