Excellent variety and very high quality. As a frequent Vegas visitor, I can assure you there is none better. The service is always efficient and friendly. While nothing is ever perfect, The Sterling works hard to be the very best in Vegas . . . and they succeed. Expensive, but well worth the price.

Hmmm....something must have changed in the July - August transition. Price was raised from $65 to $85 but the qualitity has certainly diminished. I completely agree with the last three with the exception that the two lobster halves I had were actually decent. I was disappointed though, and felt we should have received a lot more for our $85/head. Items were okay to good (not great) and the setup was less than 'ritzy'. I won't be going back.

I've been going to the Sterling Brunch for years and have always touted it as the best ever. What a disappointment this time around. I would say that 90% of the lobsters our table had were not eaten, just a mushy consistency. The food just wasn't up to par. But I will say that the crab cakes were the best I have ever had. I hope that since the price is up to $85 for brunch that they will bring the quality back to where it used to be.

Excellent service but it ended there. Tired and worn space and decor. Small selection with nothing being better than average to poor. Yes, you have all you can eat lobster, but it has no taste. I can't understand why it's so highly rated.

An anachronism from the past. I was disappointed, after everything I had heard. This buffet is ridiculously over-priced. The room has a nostalgic "old Vegas" feel, back to a time when fresh seafood & champagne was considered exotic, but now it's commonplace. The white glove service was overbearing at times. There's too much to see and do in Las Vegas, don't waste all day here.
