Breakfast at Brennan's was amazing. This visit was my first time. My table was overlooking their enclosed patio -- very pretty. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. The choices were overwhelming both with number and cholesterol level. Try the Crepes Fitzgerald for dessert -- warm strawberries over thin crepes filled with sweetend cream cheese -- I thought they alone were worth the visit.

If you have the money and need to do a fabulous breakfast with friends or family this is a must. Take your time and have a kick back breakfast with a great Egg's Benedict and Mimosa's. Breakfast cost more than most dinners, once you get past that the rest is easy...

Brennan's is an excellent place for a taste of old New Orleans. If you're a beef lover and are in the mood to try something different, I highly recommend the Filet Stanley; the combination of fresh mushroom and red wine sauce with a sauteed banana and horseradish sauce is unique as promised - very tasty! And you must try the Bananas Foster - it lives up to the show that is put on while they prepare it!

Brunch involved both opening the wallet and loosening the belts. But this classic is well worth it!

Had breakfast here the day after Christmas. Will be back! The best gumbo I have ever had, and I've lived around Mobile, AL all my life, so I have sampled lots of gumbo. Atmosphere is lovely in a very old bank building, and cocktails are wonderful. Banana's Foster is a must!
