Best fajita chicken in town. The restaurant looks like a dive, but the food is great. They have a rib-eye steak that is delicious. Very large portions and great value for the price. The only thing that I dislike is that they use the thick round nacho chips that you can get at Sam's Club.

reasonable Hispanic food inthe French Quarter. Decor is definitely not chain restaurant style. Service is quick, though nor necessarily with smiles.

Need a cast-iron stomach and a willingness to overlook the health code.

This restaurant has the French Quarter patina achieved by serving basic tex-mex to refugees from downtown for decades. Although most of the menu is entirely unremarkable, give the chicken fajitas a try. The salsa has coriander and canned pineapple.
