There's something genuine, even if Dick & Jenny have since moved on, with walls decorated with plates and you're unsure whether you're at a home or restaurant. The same eclecticism is found if the food, where one find a loving care with flavors that pop like firecrackers in your mouth. The jambalaya grits have become my standard for all things grits. Sure, you'll wait a while, but surely you'll be back for that taste of NOLA you imagined fondly,

One of my favorites. I have been numerous times and never disappointed. Food consistently good and menu always has something new. I don't think you can go wrong. There is a bitter element to some dishes/sauces, I have been known to add my own sugar. That is just personal taste. Please please try.

While the service was fun and "hip", it took a while to get their attention away from talking with each other. The food was inventive but underseasoned. It has a nice, bar/club feel.

Always worth the wait. Staff is efficient and friendly; food consistently good.
