"Pretend" Chinese restaurant with no Chinese in sight, in or out of the kitchen; for folks who don't know or like Chinese food. Surprised Salt and Pepper prawns, a classic we like, on menu, but discovered kitchen made up the name for its deep fried breaded shrimp, with no idea a real dish had that name. Staff pleasant and manager came by to suggest they might change the name. But better to go elsewhere; Valley now has real Chinese restaurants.

An unexpectedly good restaurant for a chain. The menu was varied and creative. The service was quite above average. The food was terrific, rivaling some of the meals one can get in any city's China Town. An outstanding value!

The best PF Changs food there is - very fresh tasting and hot and served very professionally. We love this location as compared to other PF Chang's we've been to.
