The combination of service, great steak and perfect atmosphere (we always request the wine vault off of the main dining room) is why we have chosen Bone's over the competition. The bone in filet was the best my wife has ever had. Grit Fritters were mouthwatering. Unfortunately the $55 dry aged bone in was terrible. Was served raw (blue and cold in the center). Our waiter was not attentive, nor sincere. A dissappointment to say the least.

Everything I excepted and nothing I didn't. Not cool, young or hip but an amazing steak in an atmosphere that oozes the stuff of legends. Get a special table off the main room near the wine vaults and admire the caricature's at the bar before/after. Sides were equally wonderful, specifically the bones salad.

All things work for the good for this meat-eaters dining at this local favorite. Let you belt out 2 holes and go stuff yourself.
