$160 "'Solo' "fine dining experience "...Yuk.
2006 Domaine Serene Reserve fantastic!..only item Jake''s wasn't responsible for...Start w/ being left on hold for 8 minutes.
Manager acts like bored In-Law @ family reunion.
Poor food quality & service.
NY Prime Steak quality..NOT!
Should be Halo property for Schmicks..It isn't, it has become Schmick's.
Give this to entreprenuer..break corp ties
For people who don't know better.

Busy bustling historic restaurant that served one of the finest seafood meals I've ever had. Superb waitress. I had the Dunginess Crab Leg Sautee and my wife the Fresh Razor Clams -- absolutely terrific! Will be back our next time to Portland. Highly recommend without reservation!

A Portland Classic, definitely a place to bring out-of-town guests. A great business venue.

Can be loud, but it's such a part of Portland history that the noise may be just a reflection of all the happy times here. (Try a table away from the bar, far away.) I have yet to miss a meal on a visit back "home."

Food & decor are great! Some of the older waiters are frumpy/grumpy.
