A classic wine bar. Food choice is minimal but wonderful. Give it a go.

I am sorry they gave up on the Ankeny street accessible location for a roof top-Portland city view. Parking is weak but food is good. Much better than Rocket.

If you go to the address listed here you will not find Noble Rot. They've moved to a better location on Burnside, on the 4th floor with a great view. The wine flights are well priced and the wine steward clearly knows what's she doing. The price for the Small Plates is a bit high, but the quality is without question. Very unique turn and magnificant presentation. Great Service.
