This was an absolutely stunning dining experience. I've eaten at many great restaurants all over the western world, and I would say that, for me, the service was the best ever--quietly attentive, yet absolutely joyous. My boss & I went for lunch in this stunning dining room, also a classic, and enjoyed the prix fixe lunch (with the de rigueur extras). We added two superb 375ml bottles--Condrieu & Cote du Rhone--that were most reasonable. GO!!

A cross between traditional and the creative, in a classic dining room with wonderful service.

Le Cinq sets the standard for romance (which is saying something in Paris). The room is spectacular and the food and service live up to the surroundings. There is a feeling of theater and ballet as you watch the waiters work the room..heaven forbid you should ever need to ask for anything, a simple nod and they seem to magically know what you need. Yes, it will cost you but noone comes to Paris to save money!

I can't disagree with the other reviews enough. Yes the room is spectacular and the service was impeccable but the food was nothing more than decent, and considering the bill for 2 people came to 600 euros with no dessert and a 50 euro wine i left in a state of shock; disappointed and considerably poorer. During my stay in Paris i had simple brasserie food that was better. Don't waste your time or money.

By far, my favorite Parisian dining experience. The food is heavenly, service is beyond attentive and the setting is sublime. The only thing that could improve the experience would be to stay at the hotel. It's the best in Paris!
