What a great spot to take a break from the Rue de Seine galleries and enjoy a hearty meal in a friendly, helpful environment. The New Zealand owners have sure learned the "art" of French fish preparation.

Friendly neighborhood restaurant with good food and service. Have been there a number of times and never had a bad experience. We enjoy the ambience of a small restaurant. Tonights fish was delicious.

Can't beat great food and hearing some English too. The wine list is fab and chosen with the menu in mind. The staff is bilingual and very knowledgeable. Have returned each time I've been in Paris. If I bring a friend new to the restaurant, they love the food. Yes, close quarters and a bit loud. But, more French spoken than a few years ago. The fish is always so fresh and perfectly prepared. Do 2 courses and have dessert elsewhere.

Been a fan of Juan Sanchez's wine shop for some years so finally tried Fish. It was OK. Not great. The food was good, not outstanding. I think the cramp seating and tight quarters actually made for a great ambiance. But nothing was too memorable except the warm bread. I'll try it again. Maybe we just caught them on an off night.

The restaurant is very cramp and noisey, fortunately we got seats against the back wall, which wasn't too bad. English spoken all around us, it almost didn't feel like we were in Paris. The food was really good. The gazapo with crisp calamari was a hit as an entree. The fish dishes were very good. Try the pan seared tuna cooked "bleue" very rare. Service was excellent. Liked the warm bread. Wines pricey, not a place for a romantic dinner.
