Very special place with a wonderful decor. It is like a beautiful ship from the golden cruising times. A shame that old classics have vanished foom the menu. Full glamour with often "not that glamour clients anymore". Impeccable service. I still love the place despite the prices

It's hard to believe it's only rated 24--maybe a Paris 24 is a 30 in Ohio--lovely deco room, great wine list, great service. For lunch or early dinner, more casual than the hotel's main restaurant. People watching can be fun, and the comfortable banquets lend to dining leisurely.
