Highly reliable Mediteranian food with Italian influences. Excellent veal osso buco and seafood specialties. Good, attractively priced wine list. Dine downstairs if at all possible.

I have always loved the food here, but it cannot make up for the poor service I have received each and every time.

Very Italian in the little bistro off Knox. Service definiely below par for the price, but the food is good (albeit somewhat heavy-handed).

If you are in Dallas and you want real Italian food, this is the place. Adelmo's reminds me of that village restaurant in Italy that you once visited and want to re-visit (even though its been 30 years). Adelmo may be the most knowledgeable wine connesseur in this part of the world. He delights in discovering relatively inexpensive wines that are truly great. Ric
