Uninspired, but satisfactory food. Service can be inconsistent.
It is really a huge place that does a good job.
Stick with steaks here and be prepared to pay lots of $$ to do it. Salmon was very fishy tasting. Steaks are reliable but very pricey. Red wine list is extensive and they are very proud of their wines -- big markups. They purport to have a dress code but really don't. Lots of jeans and tacky shirts among the patrons. All things considered, I won't be rushing back here.
Have had two dinners there when traveling to Dallas recently. Both were near perfection. Great steaks, maybe the best in Dallas--which is a tall order with Del Frisco so close. The location on the Tollway is the premiere venue for a romantic dinner or work function. Big and bold and full of life. The corn & the tomatoes that are included with dinner is a nice touch & the house salad is an "11" on a scale of 1-10. One of the Best Steaks in the US.
Big steaks and great service. The space is huge without being too loud. Prices are for big spenders. It is nice to get the spuds and corn as part of the meal.
