One of 2 of my favorite area Chinese restaurants. Fabulous food and service. Great fish including prawns in wonderfully authentic dishes. They also carry the Americanized standard Chinese fare so that they leave no palate out. It is expensive compared to other Chinese restaurants but well worth the difference in cost.

I can deal with Joe Chen's shtick, but the food has gotten precipitously poor over the last few years. Bordering on mall Chinese these days.
