We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. And we were so pleased with the excellent food that we called the chef just to give him an applause. The service was impecable and the food was just perfect, full of flavor without being salty (we hate salty food). The price was very reasonable. We definitely will go back to this special place and we recommend the foie grass and the trout almondine.

Excellent dining experience... all 13 guests were pleased and wanted to return. The entres were cooked to order and the service, albeit slow, was good. We all would revisit next time in Orlando. Thanx

Exceptional restaurant, with incredible food. I could'nt believe I paid so little for this fine a meal. The onion soup was the best I've ever had. and the lamb was perfect. My wife raved over the bronzed fish and the meal was topped off by a light fluffy souffle. DON'T miss this gem if you are in Orlando

Decor is about average, maybe a little hokey, but the service and above all the food are utterly fantastic. The proprieters and waitstaff really seem to want you to have a great time, and are both kindly and patient. The wine list is quite passable with some moderately priced good reds. But the food is really exceptional, with delicate and difficult-to-execute dishes rolling out effortlessly. This is really what french bistro cooking is about.

I moved from Orlando twelve years ago. At that time Le Coq Au Vin was my favorite restaurant. I just visited again and I'm happy to say it's still a great dinning experience; one of the very best in the area. Proud of its fine French cuisine as much as of its own unpretentiousness. It's a cozy, charming, out-of-the-way restaurant where the owners and staff will make you feel at home (...if your home had a terrific French chef!). Superb!.
