We had the best experience at Chop's! Very knowledgable staff, and extensive drink menu. We had lobster and king crab legs...the best seafood was found here!! Could not have been better. A must for fine dining!

Must have hit a bad night. Really bad. Food either undercooked or overcooked. Waiter could care less. Sat for 15 minutes before we wwere offered a drink.
Total dinner took almost 3 hours. Terrible. Sent letter to manager but it was returned for wrong address --- which I copied directly from his card.
Would not go back even if invited.

Staff a bit snooty - food was okay, not impressed. Waiter & bartender were good.
