Overall excellent experience with excellent service and ambience. Lamb excellent and presentation of all of the dishes was wonderful. The raspberry baked oysters were bland but otherwise the appetizers and desserts were excellent
The busy, and crowded room was very attractive, and the food was great. The service excelled from the warm greeting to finding us a taxi.
The magic is fading, once again. Still wonderfully attentive service, and a lovely setting, but too short a menu. At 7:30 on a weeknight they were already out of some items! Wonderful lamb, but seemed less well trimmed than before. The price of the evening is steep. A splendid place, that is trying to keep standards high, but having some issues.
Never changes--a good thing.
Very nice location in Georgetown. Atmosphere very classic and traditional. The food and service were excellent but not outstanding. The dining room was very crowded and we could easily hear every bit of the conversation at the tables next to us.
