Upstairs - fabulous honey shrimp with walnuts! Great place for quiet conversation.

Very simple:the food was good. But the service was terrible. Apparently, they know this since they include a service charge for gor groups of 5 or more. I questionned the charge and did not pay it. The appetizers did not make it to the table, servers did not know which sodas they carried, no one bothered to ask how things were. In sum, poor service.

Unfortunately, China town in DC doesn't have much to rave about. This restaurant offers Mongolian upstairs and Chinese seafood downstairs. Lots of people go to eat huge quantities of all you can eat. Not bad food, just not different from many other cooked on the grill places. Mostly, mundane in quality.

This is for the Mongolian Grill. I doubt I'd go back.

The second floor restaurant offers a variety of authentic and ubiquitous dishes with an emphasis on seafood (i.e. Dungeoness Crab) and quality a cut above most Chinese restaurants; the third floor provides a great venue for special occasions and banquets.
