The pho is the very best in town at all locations, and Silk takes it to the next level. Thanks to the Vans, Vietnamese cuisine has replaced Thai as my favorite Southeast Asian food. The banana blossom salad is special.
This is an elegant take on a Ph? place. Even the place mats and the chop stick rests are pretty. The menu is long, and offer many choices, including good vegetarian options. Drinks are fun and creative. I especially like the Vietnamese style coffee (with condensed milk). Great location as well, right in the heart of the Pearl District. Not hungry? hit the bar, it'll be worth the trip!
Good simple Vietnamese food. Nothing to write home about, but if you want some good pho, then it fits the bill.
We LOVE Pho Van. Our favorite location is 82nd. Went to the original when the first opened. Then followed then down 82nd to present location. Fantastic Spring Rolls and Salad Rolls. Reasonale prices and our favorite place to go coming or going from the airport.
