Sublime experience. technical perfection, art, playful, surprising and very tasty. Probably the best dining on the planet after El Bulli.

Food is amazing. A truly unique dining experience...one of a kind. Service was far too lacking considering the extreme prices.

The supreme eating experience, food as theatre, theatre as food. Unimaginable flavours shock your palate with new experiences. And the kitchen trickery is a delight. Worth saving-up for, and making it into a very special day.
