Food was tasty using in season ingredients. Good home cooking with any particular flourishes. Veal scaloppini with mushrooms and artichokes was rich and good. Dessert was a seasonal grape pie. Very fine food. The place is underground, beneath the Antinori Palace. Delicious steack "a la Fiorentina". Fine wine list, and not overpriced (compared to Paris or New York). A good address.

Every visit over the past 30 years has been wonderful. The staff is always welcoming, the cuisine dependable and genuine. The atmosphere is warm despite its location underground. Buca=Cellar. The wine list is decent, and the cost is reasonable. The desert called zuippa is worth a visit alone. A very fun place to visit.
This restaurant was recommended by our concierge. It had good food, especially the house special pasta and a pretty good atmosphere, but the lighting was way too bright for my taste.
