Wonderful experience. Service was friendly and by all means perfect. The food was impeccable and amazing.
simply the weirdest food experience of my life. To call it over-rated presumes that the chef sometimes knows how to cook food that can actually be eaten, and sometimes misses. The four of us STRUGGLED to find anything that was not too scary to try. Organs/necks/tendons/tongues... YUCK. Literally 0 for 8 as we each ordered different 1st and 2nd courses. Least favorite meal in 11 days BY FAR. ANYWHERE is a better bet.
Their tomato flan is the rave of all the world. The menu is hand-written, and the food is delightful. We tried everything on the menu (appetizers, primi, controni, dolci). Everything was excellent. They helped select a wine, just a cut above vino tavolo, and it was heaven. I highly recommend this authentic florentine/fusion restaurant. It was an experience to remember. it was well priced for a fantastic evening, and we felt excellent afterwards.
Interesting, eccentric, and overpriced. Avoid the pigeon, it's dry and overcooked.
really over rated. olivero does a better job at a modern take on tuscan cuisine. service was lacking and the restaurant is filled with tourists and not worth the cost or time.
