During August/September, 2007, the decor was updated to modern elegance. After being seated the show began with a tableside preparation of "nitro caipirinha", liquid nitrogen mixed with sugar cane alcohol, lime juice and sugar to form a sorbet and served in a carved-out lime. VERY experimental menu worth every penny (and you'll spend quite a few). Best meal in my life. You'll want to eat your last meal here. Paid particular attention to me, a single female eating alone, without being intrusive. Fine line to walk, but they did so, effortlessly.
