A pleasant restaurant, although very expensive for what you receive. A solid wine list, well prepared traditional food and good service overcome a somewhat dowdy decor.

Boettner's was the best restaurant I found in Munich. The Lobster Bisque was stunning, by far my favorite starter during my vacation. The Veal main was equally amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The decor is classic; however, I highly recommend taking advantage of the outside seating. In the days following our dinner we went back twice just to have a bottle of wine, enjoy the outside seating, and the company of the staff.
