Outback is now America's middle-class choice-cut steakhouse, and has crushed the likes of Lone Star, Longhorn, Western Sizzlin' et al. This is about as good as choice steaks get, but the dirty little secret is that Outback's pork chops and lamb rack are far better than its beef. Cheers, mate.
