I've never been dissapointed at avec. The staff, the food and the service are all wonderful. Atmosphere is casual but hip. Expect to wait on weekends!

Busy place but worth the LONG and uncomfortable wait. I've never had a bad dish/wine, the food is rich in flavor which is why I go back time after time. Sit at the bar if there are just 2 of you, my favorite. The service is not always friendly but they still take care of you..

Yesterday I visited Avec with friends from overseas. The told us there was a 45 minute wait, max 60 minutes. After an hour we asked what the idea was and the "waiter" said it could be another 30 mins. After those 30 minutes, I asked again and she said (no joke) it can be another two hours! Great experience and great service for returning guests, thanks! Positive: the temperature of the san pellegrino. Negative: The rest Good luck avec!

What a lovely experience. We were in a group of 9 so could try most of the small and large plates. ... and everything was delicious. Inventive food, very tasty. Avec is noisy, crowded, family style, and FUN. Definitely go in a group. The owners made an effort to keep prices reasonable. Great beers and interesting wines. Our favorite dish was the brussel sprout (slaw) but even my wife, who is an incredibly picky eater liked virtually every dish
