This place has gone down hill since they began to open new restaurants and their star chef has left. We ordered half the menu, and the only thing that was truly good was the burrata which is hard to mess up. The pizza was soggy with a poorly balanced set of toppings. The entrees were all palatable, but not memorable. We saw a rat run near our table and thankfully had our meal comp'd. Otherwise I would have been more sad wasting time here.

Terrible meat dishes. I had the "special" pork shoulder, which was crusted in a dry black mixture, totally arid, unseasoned and inedible. My companion had the mixed grill, which included a small chunk of tough, overcooked lamb, and a snake-curled sausage that had the texture of oatmeal. Fair starter Pizza Margarita, good crust, wet toppings and no basle flavor. Side of polenta, adequate. Side of chard, again inedible. Service 2. Ambiance 1.

Noisy, cramped but if you can make it through the crowds that fall out the door (and can hear yourself think through the noise), you're in for an evening of perfectly sublime rustic Italian fare, punctuated by friendly but perfect service. Focus on local and fresh foods. A word of warning: waits for seatings (even with a reservation) can be incredibly long, but it's truly worth the wait.

This bustling wine bar was a "buzz" on Saturday night. The wine list and accomplished Sommelier were awesome. This is the epitome of what a wine bar should be: busy, crazy good wine list and a good array of dishes to enhance the food. It was a little loud at times, but what do you expect on a weekend night.

Pizza was fantastic. Perfect thin crust and extremely fresh and flavorful yet simple toppings. San Daniele Prosciutto and Mozzarella Burrata starters are very good. Over-all a very memorable and satisfying dining experience. Have had dinner there twice and enjoyed it both times.
