Predictable but generous portions and excellent tourist location on Waikiki make for a very busy traffic of hungry families through this chain. Friendly & eager to please wait staff contribute to a most agreeable lunch stop if one is undaunted by the gauntlet of tourists who have the same choice in mind during peak hours.

always a long wait here but worth it. Shepherds Pie was excellent. Menu was lengthy. For a chain, this was top notch.

My favorite franchise restaurant. Honolulu has a perfect example of the best of the Mainland. Delicious, too much to eat at one sitting, Do not forget to look at the cheesecakes before you get to the table, makes it so much easier!

Please! What the hell are you thinking eating at the Cheesecake Factory when there so many other great place in Hawaii.

Don't like the wait....the food is ordinary..typical American style restaurant...not worth waiting...they need to take reservations!
