Dining here was an experience of highs and lows, with very little in the middle. Some dishes and drinks (tuna tartare, mac and cheese, molten chocolate cake, ginger martini) were vastly better than most other restaurants' take on them, whereas some (mini-burgers, short rib and lobster quesadilla, doughnut holes) were absolutely terrible with no flavour whatsoever. The server was friendly but had to cover too many tables so was hard to get hold of
We had a reservation for 8:30. We got there on time and they tried to sit the three of us all around a little lounge table by the bar. After politely asking, we were given a real table. Once we sat down the waiter immediately told us to order everything at once so he can flip tables otherwise he'd "lose his job." The calamari , shrimp, and mussels were amazing ... but the entrees disappointed. They also forgot a side we ordered w/ no apology.
Everything was delicious except for the burgers and fries.
Great for drinks & appetizers with a group. Comfortable seating & good service.
