Be careful following the "chain" accusation reviews to closely... It's definitely not Olive Garden!
I can tell you from not only dining at Bravo, but being employed there for over a year that each and every item that comes to the table is made from scratch. Even the parsley garnish is chopped fine fresh every morning.
As for the Brio comment- of course they're similar- Bravo at Hayden Run was the pilot restaurant of the entire BDI company

A fun environment, great for family outings. Excellent italian food accompanied by friendly service.

The new menu is an improvement. Especially like some of the new appetizers. Servers often seem to need a little more training. Overall a good choice.
