For a nice view of the city and a good steak, the Celestial is a good find. However, the decor is very outdated, along with the majority of the clients. The bar is a nice place to get a drink and even eat and takes away from the stuffiness in the restaurant. The wine list is extensive but a bit overpriced as well.

Truly a special-occasion destination. The service is what you would expect from any top-notch restaurant in New York, LA or Chicago. Get a steak - it's what they're known for. The menu is a bit traditional, as is the decor - but get a table by the window and look out at the Cincinnati skyline instead.

Awesome view! Almost private dining. Now, the best dishes in the area. Dessert dishes that you have to see to believe. Great choice for romance or busniess!
