The Capital Grill has slipped. (went back again and now I will only go for lunch.)
Once always a perfect meal the kitchen now turns out over cooked steaks a good 1/3 of the time. When out for a business or romantic dinner the effect is to ruin the evening. Once they were head and shoulders above the Palm and Mortons. Now they seem to want to be equally mediocre. Once perfect servers now seem to want to rush you and push extras.

One can argue about which is the best Steak House in Denver, however, there's no arguing over the best service. Quite simply, (and wouldn't it be nice if all restaurants understood this), Capital Grille goes to extremes to make certain that you're satisfied. And indeed I was. Don't forget to ask for the reserve wine list!

Fabulous service in a traditional steakhouse. Excellent wine list - steaks are mouth watering and served with delicious sauces. Have to taste the truffle fries and definitely save room for the chocolate desserts!

Great food and impeccable service. If you like great steak and good wine this is the place. The Porcini Rubbed Delmonico was fantastic. Some of the best service I have ever experienced. Be prepared to take some home because the steaks are huge.
