This was my first meal at a Sweet Lorraine's (Livonia). It is definitely better than I expected for the hotel restaurant and hopefully Marriott will do more of this with local restaurants. The food selection has variety and the wine list by the glass was decent. The avocado crab cakes were good although the texture was a little gummy. My beef medallion entree was cooked perfectly and the 'french onion' sauce good. A good but not great meal.

A gem in a Courtyard? Don't be put off by hotel restaurant connection. This site is just as good as the Southfield restaurant. Inventive menu, excellent service. Great value.

I love the menu at this place, tons of options for whatever you're in the mood for and drink menus that put others to shame. I went for lunch and had the spicy paradise vegetarian burger and it was so good! I love their signature honey mustard and the mini corn muffins that come with it. Great atmosphere and great service. I might go back and try their breakfast (homemade veg. sausage!!!)
