Super BBQ and sauces, great sides, good prices. Their chile is the best I ever had, anywhere! We had friends over for Super Bowl and thought we over bought. Wrong, the chile was the major hit. Love the place!

The food here is great. The seating is low-key picnic style. This is the restaurant we go to for bbq.

Abner's is a great place to grab some authentic barbeque. They are reasonably priced, have great servers, and amazing food. The tender, moist meat comes without sauce so you can add one of their own original blends (great if you aren't a fan of spicy sauces and prefer a sweet one...or vice versa). Furthermore, their sides are a wonderful addition (especially the mac n cheese!). Definitely game-time worthy!

for true, down home BBQ, this is the place. nothing like sitting by their firepplace in the winter while enjoying their ribs or chicken

The problem being that even great BBQ's can only make money on the "sides" limits the customer with choices. The authenticty of the "authentic" is questionable. Overall quality of the product was good.
