Our server was very accomodating to a large party with kids. Everyone found a delicious choice on the menu, with both steak and seafood dishes garnering raves from the table. The aged sirloin and the halibut were the two favorites. The farmhouse setting is quintessential New England and we loved the central fireplace. Definitely worth the drive and highly recommended.

Terrific atmosphere - open, warm, very social. Great setting in an old farm. Fabulous wedding/fucntion facilities in an old converted barn. Among the best steak dinners in the Boston area. Plus an exceptional wine list. Family owned upscale.

these people take pride in their steaks! it will be cooked exactly as described on the menu....and if it's not to your liking they'll take it back! thisis southern comfort food meets new england farmhouse. a welcome addition to a barron restaurant landscape!

Solid, dependable food, excellent wine list, but the warm, comforting ambience absolutely makes this a special place to visit. wish we were able to swing by more often...
