A legend in the making . The decor fits with the museum , and the menu and service are top notch

A real New York City experience! What a treat! Great for impressing out-of-town guests! Artwork used an an effective part of the decor.

I was really wowed by the menu and the atmosphere. Unfortunately the next time I was wowed was by the check. Certainly what happened in between was very good, but I wouldn't plan to dine here unless I was on a (really, really generous) expense account. No need to spend this much for a great meal in NY.

Way over-priced for food that is lacking, at best.

What a great spot! For all the times I go down to NYC and have client dinners I can't believe this was my first trip to The Modern. Main dinning room is lovely, very comfortable and elegant. Food was outstanding but the cheese course was a treat. We had our waiter make the selection for us and we were all impressed. Service is top notch....great for business dinner (its not loud and tables are far apart) or a special evening.
