One of the most stunning views of Manhattan. excellent anytime of year, especially on the sidewalk cafe.

Really good neuvo Latino food served in a stylish establishment. The lively and loud bar scene on a weekend may make you cry "no mas!" though.

The view is not everything here, the sangria (red in our case) was exceptional and the small plates were varied and delicious. The standouts were the calamari salad, lobster and shrimp taquitos and the trio of ceviches. The skyline of Manhattan looks close enough to touch.
