Disappointing food. Every dish needed improvement. The chicken was too salty, the creme brulee didn't have a sugary crust, the steak was tough. Service was fine, but it doesn't make up for the substandard food.
Excellent California Cuisine with a wonderful menu and daily specials. Chef owner is on site which ensures excellence. An unlikely location but don't let that get in the way!
This restaurant is just so so. Go down the hill if you want food that is worth the price.
Limp fish, stale tortillas, mushroom soup that tasted as if made with water not broth. New location has a better eye appeal, but the food does not live up to the appearance nor does the service appear vaguely attentive. Large bar that dominates the room, but is not manned. Small restaurant lost in a big space.
