We've stopped dining at M&S. Management acknowledgeded the problems during our final attempt to enjoy a meal there. While the (then) new manager offered us a 'complementary' evening on a date of our choosing, we declined to accept. Many disappointing dinners - food, service, HVAC drafts,noise.Final evening featured no food at all, not even a bread stick during a 60 min interlude . Many memorable times at M & S....

My steak was decent and cooked to order. Our table seemed to be split down the middle with opinions on the food, more tending towards apathy. The service was lackluster at best. The overall decor was very nice though in need of repair in places. The biggest plus for our crowd just seemed to be the accessibility by water. In general, good but overpriced.

I thought I was at TGIF. Very disappointing, it appeared to cater to the tourist and convention crowd. Anyone who knows Baltimore seafood would not be impressed with this seriously declining chain restaurant.

A disappointing chain restaurant. You can do much better for seafood in DC at the same price, e.g. DC Coast or Kinkaids. I found most of the menu rather boring with a lack of creativity. Wine list is ok.
