Ask for fried knuckles when you order the famous king crab steamed with minced garlic. Prawns that writhe in a bucket in front of you one minute turn into salt and pepper fried delights in a flash. The succulent crispy fried chicken is well worth working through the haphazardly chopped bones. Eating the honey garlic spareribs feels like gnawing on pork candy coated with sweet toasted fat.

Go there for dim sum. It's the best in Vancouver. Get there early as there will definitely be a line up.
