Amazing dining experience. Food is divine and the restaurant is quiet and elegant. No music so I could have a lovely conversation with my partner. John Bishop welcomed and talked with every guest in the restaurant evening I was there. He is not only a food genius but a warm, gracious person who makes you feel special. This is quite refreshing in the new world of swearing, egotistical celebrity chefs. Class wins out.
