Some sushi tend towards the exquisite, but most menu items are far less inspired. Generally overpriced for both quality and quantity. I almost hate to say it, but ToJo's seems now to just be coasting on its reputation.

Tojo's used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant in Vancouver until it moved to its new location and building. Tojo is beginning to take his reviews to heart and now seems to be more interested in being a celebrity than simply serving great sushi and other Japanese dishes. This is unfortunate since his food can be out of this world, not simply overpriced.

Excellent sushi but over hyped and over priced.
