From an early morning charity run to top of the mountain revelry, this weekend's Aspen Food & Wine Classic brought chefs, media and consumers together for three days of food, wine, schmoozing and some serious altitude. Roll call included biggies like Jacques Pepin, Sean Brock, Giada De Laurentiis, Grant Achatz, Jonathan Waxman, Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson and more. From food demos and seminars from chefs like Michael Symon, to showcases of this year's Best New Chefs like Matthew McCallister, Paul Qui, Cara Stadler and more, it was an action-packed three days in the normally quiet mountain town. Check out some of the highlights in the slide show below.
